Job Overview:
Retensa is seeking an exceptional Training Facilitator to join our team on a contractual basis. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-impact management, leadership, and soft skills training sessions, both online and in-person. As a Training Facilitator, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, delivering interactive and engaging training sessions that both meet learning objectives and inspire and motivate participants to be their best selves. Your work will contribute to the overall goals of our programs, helping to build stronger, more capable leaders to develop and retain their staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clearly communicate course objectives to ensure participants understand the context, goals and expected outcomes of the training
- Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages active engagement and participation
- Use modern interactive learning methods to allow participants to observe, question, and experience the materials covered
- Occasional travel within United States, as needed for in-person training sessions
- Adapt training methods to suit a diverse client base across different industries
- Respond in real-time to the participant’s needs with varying backgrounds and learning styles
- Enhancing curriculum design and development to the audience
- Flexibility to work project-by-project facilitating different programs to different cohorts
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of live onsite experience as a trainer/facilitator
- Strong virtual presentation skills
- Proven creative thinking and problem-solving
- Microsoft Office (Advanced in PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proven time management skills, deadline oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Natural attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, I/O Psych, or Organizational Development preferred
Time: Contract, varies from 0 to 24 hours per week
Compensation Range: $460- $90/ hour
Travel: Occasional (100% Reimbursed)
