What You Will Do: Ensure that the project follows standardization according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) definitions and other standards. Interact with the technical team/developers to troubleshoot the issues and bugs. Interact with client support to translate and prioritize tasks for the Agile development team. Create and monitor project plans for all the software development projects which includes information about objectives of the project, technologies used, estimate on timelines, project plans. Assume scrum master responsibilities including prioritizing sprint work, estimating user stories, removing roadblocks for the team, facilitating UI/UX and technical design sessions and running other scrum ceremonies. Assist customers with SaaS product implementations including architecture, configuration, branching, testing, training, and optimization consulting. Implementation of project management tools such as pivotal tracer, JIRA for tracking the progress of the tasks, development, and testing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience as a software engineer or systems engineer including software planning, development, support, or quality assurance and testing. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus four (4) years of employment experience in software planning, development, support, or quality assurance and testing. Telecommuting is permitted.
