What You Will Do: You will work in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment and play the vital role in the management of all financial aspects of our business. From basics of A/R and AP, to forecasting, project costing, budgeting and long-term planning. We invest in our company and our people. Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, including Time Tracker
  • Manage invoices, cash flow, accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Manage payroll using QuickBooks Full Service Payroll
  • Prepare 1099’s and support year-end tax reporting
  • Compose and deliver employee, contractor and client documentation
  • Maintain business insurance and trademarks
  • Prepare project costing and expense forecasts

 

What You Need: We are looking for candidates who presents a history of self-direction with a positive attitude, great oral and written communication, and have a passion for “getting things right”.

You should be dependable, reliable, and have the ability to self-manage.

REQUIRED: Associate’s degree in accounting / business administration, or equivalent business experience.
REQUIRED: 3 years+ direct bookkeeping experience with Quickbooks Online
REQUIRED: Advanced MS Excel skills
                            

Time: Part time; no travel required; flexible work arrangements available; located in midtown Manhattan
