About You: To be successful, our next hire will thrive in a fast-paced environment tackling multiple projects and competing demands. A great candidate is ready to coordinate all aspects of SAAS platform enhancement, implementation, stability, and scaling to millions of users. We are looking for someone who understands and values the full cycle of modern Agile software development, including requirements gathering, planning, road mapping, development team management, user testing, and proactive client communications.

Responsibilities:

1. Interact with our client support team, and sometimes clients, to translate and prioritize weekly sprints for our Agile development team
2. Balancing client requests and bugs while driving new features of our platform is all in a day’s work
3. While you want a nice checklist, you like to double-check your list to make sure it’s all done right
4. To keep pace with rapid growth, lead the development of new features from storyboards to testing
5. Natural curiosity that drives your very strong problem solving skills

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, MIS etc.
• 3+ years experience in/on/over a SAAS software development team
• End-to-end SDLC experience
• Proven track record bringing innovation to software solutions
• Above average ability to source and prioritize needs from internal and external stakeholders
• Interest in helping companies create workplaces that engage, inspire, and retain employees
• Ready to take the lead and move solutions forward

 
Nice to have:

• PMI (or similar) certification
• Formal Agile training
• Programming or coding experience
• Experience managing remote and part-time employees
• PivotalTracker, Jira, SmarterTools, or similar online task tracking experience
