We are looking for someone who understands and values the full SDLC of modern Agile software development, including requirements gathering, planning, road mapping, development team management, user testing, and proactive client communications.

Responsibilities:

Driving new features forward in weekly sprints excites you

Balancing new client requests, bugs, and the road map is the kind of puzzle you like to fit together

Interact with client support to translate and prioritize tasks for Agile development team

To keep pace with rapid growth, lead design of new features from storyboards to user testing

Bringing a natural curiosity that drives your proven problem-solving skills

Requirements:

5+ years experience in, on, or managing a Web application development team

End-to-end SDLC experience

Proven track record bringing innovation to on-demand SaaS software
-
Above average ability to source and prioritize needs from internal and external stakeholders

Interest in helping companies create workplaces that engage, inspire, and retain employees

Ready to take the project lead and bring their ideas forward

BA/BS required (Masters preferred) in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, MIS, etc.
Nice to have:

PMI (or similar) certification

Formal Agile training
-
Programming, UI/UX, or QA experience

Experience managing remote and part-time employees
-
PivotalTracker, Jira, SmarterTools, or similar online task tracking experience
