What You Will Do: Retensa internships are a way we collaborate with future leaders; giving you the opportunity to grow and enhance your career. At Retensa, you will be at the forefront of Management Consulting, Cloud-Based Technology, Predictive Analytics, and Organizational Development Initiatives. Your efforts will help up to 1 billion employees in 1 million companies worldwide. You will gain real world experience leveraging your knowledge as part of our Talent Management Team; engaging in strategic cross-functional activities such as Organizational Assessments, Survey Design, Delivery, and Validation, Training Development, HR Metric Analytics, Recruiting, Team Building, HR Trend Analysis, and/or HRIS Management. Our structured program offers client-facing projects to strengthen your leadership and team-building skills. This is a stipend internship for approximately 14 weeks. High-performing individuals have received a job offer for a paid position post-completion of their internship.

This is not a filing and copying internship.

Qualifications: This is a challenging internship for highly motivated undergraduate seniors or masters/Ph.D candidates in a related field (Organizational Behavior, Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology). The ideal candidate will be hard-working, enthusiastic, and resourceful; with good project management skills, well-versed in juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have one direct experience in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field; hold a 3.0+ GPA, and be proficient in operating Microsoft Office. Competitive candidates will be self-directive and team-oriented, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to deliver quality work in one of our career tracks:

    Quantitative Track:

• Excel, Intermediate (Data Cleaning, Structure, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• 1 Years’ Experience in Applied Statistics (R, SPSS, SAAS, Other)
• 1 Years’ Experience in Data Mining and/or Analytics
• 1 Years' Experience in Data Visualization (Graphs/Charts in Excel)
• Attention to Detail

      Time: Hours/Week: 24 – 32.  Days/Week: 3+ (Part/Flex-Time Available)
